Our client in Lusaka, Zambia is looking for a Clubhouse Manager to join their team for a job vacancy within the Hospitality industry.

Please note that this role will require the successful applicant to relocate to Lusaka, Zambia.

  • Position Summary:

    The Club House Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clubhouse, including managing memberships, food and beverage service, and guest activities. This role requires exceptional customer service skills and the ability to maintain a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage clubhouse staff and ensure high service standards in food and beverage, membership services, and recreational activities.
    • Develop and implement membership programs, activities, and events to enhance the member experience.
    • Oversee the clubhouse facilities, ensuring cleanliness, maintenance, and compliance with safety regulations.
    • Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to maintain quality control and service efficiency.
    • Handle member inquiries, complaints, and suggestions professionally and promptly.
    • Manage club budgets, inventory, and operational costs to achieve financial goals.

    Qualifications:

    • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in hospitality or club management in a 5 star establishment.
    • Strong leadership and customer service skills.
    • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
